Cairo — Two people were killed and 30 were wounded in clashes between pro-Muslim Brotherhood supporters and security forces across Egypt on Wednesday, the health ministry said.
The protesters had gathered on Wednesday to mark the March 19 referendum which was held in 2011 following the ouster of Hosni Mubarak.
