Nigeria: U.S.$1.69 Million Fraud - Court to Rule On Ajudua March 31

Lagos — A Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja has fixed March 31, 2014, for ruling on the bail application filed by Lagos lawyer and socialite, Fred Ajudua, who is standing trial for allegedly defrauding two Dutch businessmen of $1.69 million.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is prosecuting Ajudua and one Charles Orie for allegedly defrauding the businessmen -Messrs Remy Cina and Pierre Vijgen.
