At least two dozens of magistrates, among provincial judges and prosecutors, from the provinces of Huambo, Bié, Benguela and Cuando Cubango last Friday in Caála Municipality (Huambo) started a debate about the best strategies to improve the application of the Penal Law, in a seminar organised by the Supreme Court.
The gathering is also intended to prepare the magistrates for the judicial reform taking place in the country.
