Nigeria: Anglican Church Confirms 19 Communicants, Admits 9 Women

Nineteen persons have been confirmed as full communicants in the Anglican Diocese of Ohaji/Egbema, while 9 women were admitted into the Mothers Guild and Mothers Union of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion respectively.

Delivering a sermon during the special service last Sunday at St. Mathew Church, Ilile in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, bishop of the diocese, The Rt. Revd Chidi Collins Oparaojiaku enjoined those confirmed never to go back to their sinful life but to embrace with their whole heart and avoid acts capable of ruining their lives.
