Namibians are bracing themselves for the biggest car spinning event to ever take place on our streets. The best spinners from Namibia, South Africa and Botswana will tear up tyres while performing incredible stunts as they set the stage for 26 competitors to battle it out for the grand prize of N$10 000 cash and the title of the 'King of Spin'.
One of the organisers of the event and reigning King of Spin, Emmanuel Opali aka 'Driver', said he cannot wait to defend his title, although he says the competition will be tough and the winner will have to pull out all the stops to get the cash.
