Angola: Precarious Construction Worries Civil Protection and Fire Services in Caála

Caála — The precarious construction in risky areas are worrying the Civil Protection and Fire Services of Caála municipality in the central Huambo province, at a time in which the region has been hit by heavy rains.

Speaking to Angop on Tuesday, the commander of civil protection and fire services of Caála municipality, Fernando Silvestre, said that the heavy rains started to destroy houses and materials at these risky areas of the region.
