Angola: Benguela Hosts National Council of ADRA

The capital city of the southern Benguela province will host between 28-29 this month the 17th National Council of Representatives of the Action for Rural Development and Environment (ADRA) to discuss the process of the local development over the last 12 months.

Speaking Wednesday to Angop, the provincial director of ADRA in Benguela, Maria Victoria, said the meeting aims to analyse the context of the country at different levels, among provincial, national and international in the last 12 months.

The official also said that the participants will reflect on the challenges of sustainability of ADRA, concerning its mission, as well as discuss the consolidation of balance and recommendations from the previous Council.

The meeting will gather 105 ADRA representatives in the provinces of Benguela, Cunene, Huambo, Huila, Malanje and Luanda.
