AUSTRALIAN based Resolute Resources Limited will pay over 4bn/- that it owes Nzega district council in Tabora Region which is an outstanding service levy balance unpaid in the past 16 years of Golden Pride mine operations.
Tanzania Chamber of Mines and Energy (TCME) Council member, Mr Rogers Sezinga and Executive Director, Mr Emmanuel Jengo said in Dar es Salaam yesterday that Resolute has already paid over 2bn/- to Nzega district council as service levy.
