Angola: New Business License System Installed in Mbanza Congo

Technicians of the Ministry of Trade concluded on Thursday in Mbanza Congo, capital of the northern Zaire province, the setting up of the Integrated System of the Commercial Activities License (SILAC), which will permit the issuing of the new business license, into force in the country since 30 August.

Speaking to Angop, the director of information technologies of the ministry, Kizeidioko António, said that the system will operate online" linked to the national centre.

He said that five technicians of the local trade department were trained for the handling of the system, whose capacity building lasted six days and comprised theoretical and practical sessions.
