Egypt: EGP 100 Million to Implement Integration of It Infrastructure for Egyptian Planning System

Minister of Local and Administrative Development Adel Labib said that the ministry is currently coordinating with ministries of planning and international cooperation, water resources and irrigation, communications and information technology to implement the project of integration of IT infrastructure for the Egyptian planning system.

The Minister pointed out that the project will be implemented over three financial years with costs reaching EGP 100 million. He added that the project will be implemented over three phases.

Minister Labib stressed that the project includes the establishment of the geographical information portal for the Egyptian government.
