Mandla wins Big Brother Mzansi.

After a gruelling 8 weeks locked away from all that he knew, Mandla's gamble paid off in spectacular fashion this evening.

The 24 year old Spaza Shop owner stole hearts across Mzansi as soon as he walked into the House, courtesy of his streetwise personality and penchant for absurd jokes. Who could ever forget the time her wore Lexi's thong and paraded around the House like a peacock? Now, he leaves the Big Brother House with a bagful of experience and a cool R1 million in his bank account.

You could cut the tension with a knife as the Top 2 waited on the Finale stage with bated breath, to see who would be crowned Big Brother Mzansi: Secrets champion.

Big Brother addressed Mandla and Iris before the final announcement was made, highlighting how humble he has been throughout his stay in the Big Brother Mzansi House. Iris, on the other hand, was lauded for her resilience and strength in the face of adversity.

The two were finally put out of their misery and as soon as Live Show host Lungile called out Mandla's name, you could see the sheer elation on his face.

Congratulations Mandla!

Iris is not walking away empty-handed. She wins a cool R150 000!
