In a polling exercise at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Monrovia, diplomatic students at the Foreign Service Institute or FSI elected a corps of officers over the weekend, to spearhead their class' administration.
The FSI students elected Mr. Talifa Roger Suah as president, earning 26 of the total votes cast over his contender H. Moses Carter with 17 votes. After ballots were publicly counted, all of the candidates' representatives, including representatives from the National Elections Commission confirmed that the process was free, fair and transparent.
