Egypt: Prime Minister Discusses Boosting Investments With Chinese Delegation

Prime Minister Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab received today a delegation of a major Chinese company operating in the field of railways. The meeting was attended by Minister of Trade, Industry, and Investment Mounir Fakhri Abdel Nour and China's ambassador in Egypt.

The meeting discussed projects for the development of railways in Egypt and the contribution that can be made by the Chinese company in this field.

The meeting also tackled proposals to strengthen bilateral relations between Egypt and China at the commercial and investment level as well as means to increase the Chinese investments in Egypt in the coming period.
