The minister of Public Administration and Social Security (MAPTSS), Pitra Neto, Monday in Luanda, said that the biggest sensitizing work must be done in order to make the youths to valorize the acquired knowledge in the professional training centres.
According to the government minister who was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of first professional women training centers, located in Luanda Urban District of Rangel, many young people trained in the professional Training Centers, and employed in various companies are giving up their jobs.
