Tunisia: Tension in Rouhia With Clashes Between Security Forces and Salafists

Siliana — The city of Rouhia in the governorate of Siliana has been paralysed since Friday morning, following the closing of all economic, administrative and educational institutions after a night of clashes between security forces deployed in the locality and groups of Salafists belonging to the banned Ansar Chariaa movement.

Eye witnesses in Rouhia told TAP news agency correspondent in Siliana that the city is going through a strong tension, because of Salafist groups who incite to civil disobedience.
