Nigeria: Five Killed in Niger Boat Mishap

Minna — Five persons, including a woman and four men, have been killed as a result of a local boat that capsized along Egah river in Edati local government area of Niger State at the weekend.

LEADERSHIP gathered that the boat mishap occurred on Saturday afternoon when the boat left Gbamachi to Sofanla in same local government area, hit a rock underneath and capsized, killing five persons on board.
