TWO weeks ago I was in Dodoma covering the Constituent Assembly (CA) sessions. I must confess that was one of the toughest assignments that I have undertaken since I started practicing journalism in 1992.
Why was it tough? It was because of various reasons that included getting a good story that can eventually create impact to the society I serve. It came to my knowledge that some CA members rarely know what a constitution is, and the role it can play in providing good governance to a country.
