Sofapaka ended Tusker's unbeaten run in the Kenya Premier League as they ran away 4-2 victors in a tough match played at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
Diminutive winger Danson Kago scored a stunning hat-trick with Enock Agwanda putting the gloss on a superb win for the 2009 champions. The league leaders went into the match seeking to stretch their run to nine matches without victory but were always on the back foot. Kago opened the scoring for Sofapaka in the eighthminute after plundering home a rebound after Samuel Odhiambo had parried Agwanda's shot.
