NAIROBI has been ranked ninth among low and middle income countries that are most likely to improve global competitiveness within 10 years in a newly published survey report by multinational consultant AT Kearney.
The survey which measures a city's global positioning in terms of business activity, human capital, information exchange, cultural experience and political engagement showed that Nairobi beat other major cities in the world among them China's Guangzhou and Shanghai which were listed as number 26 and 27 respectively.
