Kampala — Some Ush15.9 billion (about $6.2 million) out of an allocated Ush19.25 billion has so far been released by the finance ministry for the Youth Lively Programme (YLP).
The programme was given an approved budget of sh265 billion over five years beginning this financial year 2013/2014. For several years now, Uganda's enterprising young people, have been clamouring for start-up funds.
