Kenya: Malindi Project to Document Town's History

The National Museums of Kenya has started documenting the Indigenious Knowledge of the history of Malindi town which was founded around the first century AD.

The project is supported by the Goethe Institute and implemented by Elimu Asilia Organisation, who work with NMK researchers, IT specialists and volunteers to gather key information and ancient pictures available in the society.
