Nigeria: Cross River Blurs the Rural-Urban Divide

In Cross River State, rural dwellers have been given a new vista, as government continues to revamp access roads to connect them to urban areas.

Already well-known for its tourist's attraction, the Cross River State Government is changing the way people live in its rural areas. With access roads and other social amenities, the hinterlands of a state that prides itself in culture are having a semblance of city centres, at least, if not for anything else, the newly constructed roads that are now proving connection between the communities are giving citizens a sense of pride.
