Angola: Stock Market Wants Balance Between Investors and Bond Issuers

Luanda — The future Angolan stock market intends to find a balance between investors and bond issuers, said last Wednesday in Luanda the chairman of the Credit Market, António Furtado.

The manager said so at the ceremony of public presentation of the draft regulation on Collective Investment Organs and the draft juridical regime of societies managing risk capital, in a promotion of the Capital Market Commission (CMC).

"The stock market plays a decisive role in the process of capital financing, so, we have to find a balance between investors and bond issuers, the existence of a diversity of financing means is of paramount importance, contributing to the boost of economic growth.

António Furtado added that the collective investment organ has the objective to search for investment opportunities, capable of bringing an extra value to share-holders and the corporations", he added.
