The Somali National Army and African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) forces captured Eyn village from al-Shabaab militants on Wednesday (April 23rd).
Al-Shabaab abandoned its bases in the village in Hiran region after allied troops and local forces launched an offensive against the militants, Hussein Horow, a government officer in the area, told UN-funded Radio Bar-Kulan.
