Egypt: Spokesman for Freedom and Justice Party Arrested

Security bodies in Giza have managed to arrest Yasser Mehrez, the Media Spokesman for the Freedom and Justice Party, the political arm of the Moslem Brotherhood who was hiding in the 6th of October city.

Mehrez is accused of instigating marches, violence witnessed by Egypt during the past period.

Security bodies also arrested one of the Takfirists involved in targeting policemen and their cars. The two were referred to the prosecution for interrogation.
