Luanda — The spokesman for the National Department of Road Traffic ( DNVT ), superintendent Angelino Sarrote, Monday in Luanda pointed out the intake of alcohol and speeding up as the main causes of the road accidents in the country.
The high ranking police officer was speaking to Angop on the sidelines of a lecture on World Day for Safety and Health at Workplace, sponsored by the Brazilian civil construction company, Odebrecht.
