Tunisia: NCA Adopts Several Articles of Electoral Law

Bardo, — Several articles of the electoral law were adopted, Tuesday, in a plenary session after having been re-examined by the National Constituent Assembly (NCA), in line with article 93 of the NCA internal rule.

After having adopted article 3 defining the set of terms used in the present law, the NCA members approved article 15 which provides for the disputes related to the registration on the electoral lists.
