Gambia: SJAG President Elected Into AIPS Women Commission

The president of the Gambia Sports Journalist Association (SJAG) Sainabou Kubaji-Njie has been elected into the Women Commission of the International Sports Journalist Association at the world body's 77th Congress in the Azerbaijani, capital of Baku.

The Commission, headed by the vice-president of the AIPS Laima Janusonyte-Steinhoff held its first meeting during the same congress, which wrapped-up on May 1 in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the largest country in the Caucasus region, located at the crossroads of Western Asia and Eastern Europe.
