Nigeria: Chibok - Retired General Sabo Heads Fact Finding Committee

Retired General Ibrahim A. Sabo has been named head of the fact finding committee set up by President Goodluck Jonathan on the abduction of over 200 girls of the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State.

The list released by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Anyim Pius Anyim, on Friday is composed of: Brig. General Ibrahim A. Sabo (Rtd.) - Chairman; Barrister Femi Falana, SAN - member; Hajia Hawa Ibrahim - member; Hajia Fatima Kwaku - member; two representatives of National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) - member; two representatives of the All Nigeria Conference of Principals of Secondary Schools, one whom shall be a female - member; two representatives of the National Parents Teachers Association - member; two representatives of the Nigeria Police - member; two representatives of the State Security Service - member; two representatives of the Nigerian Army - member; and two representatives of the Nigeria Union of Journalists - member.
