THE government's seizure to offer start-up tool kits to people with disabilities who graduate at Yombo Rehabilitation Vocational Training Centre has impacted negatively on the performance of the centre's graduates.
Speaking after a special tour organized by the CCBRT in marking the Global Action week, the college Principal, Mr Cassian Mapunda, said that the institute is in shape as far as giving the persons with disabilities the needed education.
