Nigeria: Norway Child Custody Case - Reps Call Off Session Over Inconsistency

Abuja — The much anticipated probe into the allegation by families of a Nigerian living in Norway, Queen Agho that the Norwegian government forcefully took away her child for adoption by a Norwegian family, was called off on Monday following inconsistency in the testimonies of her relations at the probe session.

The committee on Diaspora which handled the probe, however, in closing the case, advised Agho and her relations to explore the option of appeal as provided by the Norwegian legal system.
