Vice President Edward Ssekandi has described the late lawyer Paul Mpungu, as a man who was committed to justice and inspired many to join the legal practice. Ssekandi said Mpungu's death was a big blow to the legal fraternity in Uganda.
Speaking during a requiem mass at Lubaga cathedral, on Tuesday, the VP said Mpungu was one person gifted with the best brains in the legal practice. He said he always preferred dialogue whenever faced with contentious issues and challenges.
