Nigeria: Alleged Fraudster in Court for Multimillion Fraud Rap

Abuja — THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned an alleged fraudster at the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt in River State for allegedly obtaining N10,5 million by false pretence.

Lebechi Chinedu is accused of collecting the money from one Samuel Johnson in a phoney contract deal. The alleged sum was a contract fee for the construction of a block of six classrooms at Etche Local Government Council of Rivers State.
