Bir Lehlou (liberated Territories) — Minister of Education Mrs. Mariem Salek Hmada has sent letters of congratulation to Algeria's new Minister of National Education Mrs. Nouria Benghebrit, and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Mr. Mohamed Mebarki.
In a letter sent following their appointment by the President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, a copy of which obtained by SPS, Mrs. Mariem Salek expressed, on behalf of the Saharawi people and government, "warm congratulations and best wishes" for the two ministers for the success in their missions.
