Monrovia — Young women activist, recently elected as Second Vice President for Region Two of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY), has declared her commitment to promote and champion women's rights and advancement in Liberia.
Ms. Hannah Teenezey Moore, a youth and student campaigner, think more community based approach needs to be taken to protect and uphold the rights and dignity of females throughout the country. She pointed to cultural practices that deprive girls from going and staying in school for early marriage as a strong element undermining rural girls' education.
