Kenya: Corruption and Porous Borders Fueling Illicit Brew Availability

Not fully implementing the alcoholic drinks control act, corruption and the ease of entry of goods through our porous borders is fueling the availability of illicit brew in the country. Alcoholic policy alliance's Victor Kimosop says county governments should direct more resources to contain alcohol and drug abuse in their regions.
