Nigeria: Chibok Girls - Buba Galadima Embarks On Solo Protest

CONTROVERSIAL politician and a delegate, Alhaji Buba Galadima, surprised his fellow members of the National Conference Committee on Devolution of Powers, yesterday, when he stormed out of the committee's meeting to stage a solo protest over the abduction of over 200 girls from Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State by members of the Boko Haram sect.

Galadima, who walked out at a time the committee was in a stormy session over the derivation principle, carried a placard with inscription: "Bring Back Our Daughters: President Jonathan, Stop Shifting the Blame, The Bulk Stops on Your Desk."
