A Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed May 16 for hearing in a motion for fresh medical examination by Charles Okah, who is standing trial over alleged involvement in the October 1, 2010 Independence Day bombing.
The application was brought yesterday by Okah's counsel, John Ainetor following the conclusion of the medical examination ordered by Justice Gabriel Kolawole last December. The judge had sought to ascertain Okah's fitness to face trial.
