Tanzania: Tigo to Develop Fibre and Cable Services for Businesses in Tanzania

Large corporates and SMEs in Tanzania are set to reap huge benefits from high-speed fibre connectivity from third quarter of 2014 thanks to Tigo.

After deploying Tigo's existing fibre network and expanding it, the local and international businesses will also be able to benefit from Tigo's own extensive fibre infrastructure, which supports its mobile network, and on which there will be considerable capacity to support the high-speed connectivity now required by so many Tanzanian companies.
