Juba — South Sudan has denied breeding a precedent for special status similar to agreement that recognises Jonglei state's Pibor county in the agreement it signed with rebel David Yauyau last week.
Clement Jada, government chief negotiator to Yauyau talks that culminated to the signing of a final agreement on Friday, told reporters on Tuesday that "this agreement brings peace to greater Pibor and the whole of South Sudan.
