Kasbah — President of the Association of Tunisian Judges (AMT) Raouadha Grafi stressed the need to provide a set of guarantees, including the respect of human rights and fair trials, when setting up the national anti-terrorism pole.
She underscored, following a meeting on Friday with Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa, the necessity of providing means likely to help judges rule in a responsible and transparent manner on terrorism cases.
