The regional summit on Boko Haram insurgency held in France at the weekend was not aimed at coming up with ways of rescuing the abducted Chibok girls currently in the captivity of the insurgents, Chibok Elders Forum, Bitrus Fogu has said.
He said the security summit, convened and hosted by France president, Francois Hollande had its sights set on how to curb the possible spillover effect of the sect's activities to the neighboring countries of Niger, Chad and Cameroon.
