Nigeria: Security Guard Docked Over Alleged Theft of N1 Million Property

A 25-year-old security guard, Sunday Obida, was on Monday docked at an Igbosere Magistrates' Court in Lagos over alleged theft of one million naira property. Obida, who resides at Block 9, Flat 9, Warder's Police Barracks, Ikoyi, Lagos, is facing a four-count charge of stealing and entering a residence to commit felony.

The Prosecutor, Sgt. Uagbale Oje, said the accused committed the offences between Jan. 1 and May 16 at Lekki, Lagos.
