Tanzania: Snooker Ace Arjun Returns Back in Action

TANZANIA snooker ace Arjun Lavingia will be back in action for the first time after a year of silence. Lavingia, who is the Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Club (DGC) member, has entered his name at the Bongo 5 Snooker tournament that started this Monday at the club.

He is drawn in Division A and will face Manish Khattar in the first round match scheduled for Monday at the club. The same date will see veteran Raju Kanabar, who is looking for his first title testing in-form Akil Akberali, while Irfan Jaffer is scheduled to meet Hitesh Valambia in the best of three frame matches.
