Tunisia: Prime Ministry Condemns Mine Explosion in Mount Chaambi

Tunis, — The Prime Ministry condemned the mine explosion in Mount Chaambi that killed, Friday, two Warrant Officers of the national army and injured four other soldiers.

In a statement released Friday, the Prime Ministry called the attack "cowardly" and said this act will only further encourage the Tunisian people to support efforts of the security forces and the army to root out terrorism from the country.

Two warrant officers of the national army were killed and four other soldiers were injured as a mine exploded on armoured vehicles in a trail in the southern side of Chaambi, inside the closed military zone.
