Tunisia: Interim PM, Defence Minister At Bedside of Chaambi Wounded Servicemen

Tunis — Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa and National Defence Minister Ghazi Jeribi went, on Saturday, to the bedside of servicemen injured the day before when a landmine exploded in Mount Chaambi.

They extended their sympathy to the wounded soldiers in the Military Hospital, Spokesperson for the National Defence Ministry Colonel Major Taoufik Rahmouni told TAP.

A landmine exploded, Friday, when military vehicles combing the closed military area run on a track in the southern slope of the mountain.

Two military officers were killed and four others were injured.
