Senator Bode Ola represented Ekiti Central in the Senate between 2007 and 2011 on the platform of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN). After having disagreement with the leadership of the party, he left the ACN for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). In this interview, he explained the cause of the disagreement and spoke on the June 21 governorship election in Ekiti State. Excerpts:
