Nigeria: Lagos Governor Urges Nigerians to Vote

Lagos — LAGOS State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, called for a massive turnout to next year's general elections saying polls offered the most viable means to achieve good governance in the country.

“The only way to enhance good governance is by changing bad governments through the ballot box. Voting out a government will always send a strong signal to the incoming one about what the expectations of the people are,” he said at the eighth Annual Business Law Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association in Lagos.
