Nigeria: Ogun APC Crisis - Osoba Hints of Mass Defection

Former Governor of Ogun State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Olusegun Osoba, Thursday hinted on the possibility of a mass defection of loyalists to a yet-to-be disclosed political party. According to him, the crisis in the ruling party in the state had got to a point of no return.

Osoba, who spoke in his residence while addressing members of his party during the consultative forum, ruled out the possibility of working with the state Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, of and his faction of the APC with a total rejection of the sharing formula of party offices.
