Zimbabwe: Hlongwane, Chiwanza Fingered in Youth Fund Abuse

Mberengwa East Member of Parliament Cde Makhosini Hlongwane (Zanu-PF) and Affirmative Action Group president Mr Chamu Chiwanza were yesterday fingered by legislators as having undeservedly benefited from the Youth Fund set up by Government to assist in income-generating projects for young people.

It also emerged that Johanne Masowe WeChishanu Apostolic sect leader Mr Lawrence Katsiru's followers including his children failed to repay the loans that were advanced to them by the Ministry of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Economic Development through Allied Bank.
